Why wouldn’t I just hire a full-time copywriter?
Good question! According to GlassDoor, the annual cost of full-time senior-level copywriter averages around $100,000, plus benefits and bonuses. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Nope! Once you’ve signed up, you can add projects to your queue to your heart’s content! They’ll be delivered one by one and, as long as the project isn’t in progress, you can rearrange priority as you’d like.
Is there a size limit on projects?
Great question! Yes, anything over 2,500 words warrants some additional consideration and will be outside the scope of this plan. If it’s possible for this to be broken into multiple pieces, however, then we’re good to go!
How fast will I receive my projects?
On average, most projects are completed in just a few business days. However, more complex or longer projects might take longer.
How do I request a project?
We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello. Some common ways clients request designs are directly through Trello, sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.
What if I don’t like the project when you send it back?
No worries! Projects are delivered in Google Docs so that we are able to collaborate on edits and revisions as needed until you are 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don’t like the service?
Due to the high-quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
